Job Title: Production Manager (Fashion)

Location: Agungi, Lekki

Salary: ₦100,000

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead our fashion production team. This role requires someone with strong technical knowledge in pattern drafting, garment construction, and quality control, alongside excellent leadership and organizational skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process—from planning to execution and final delivery ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and ensure timely completion of projects.

• Develop and manage production plans in line with collection schedules.

• Oversee pattern drafting and garment construction, providing technical guidance to tailors and beaders.

• Work closely with designers to interpret design concepts into production-ready pieces.

• Handle pattern drafting and guide tailors/beaders through construction processes.

• Maintain quality control at every stage of production.

• Communicate and collaborate with designers to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in garment production (with supervisory experience).

• Strong knowledge of pattern drafting, garment construction, and fabrics.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to manage timelines and ensure high-quality output.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other production planning tools is an advantage.

• Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality.
