What we ask
You have first degree in Engineering related or Sciences
Masters degree is an added adventage
You have 7 years of experience within a similar production environment and find it a challenge to be part of a dynamic process every day; no day is the same!
You have several years of managerial experience or are a natural leader who demonstrably has leadership skills
You have knowledge of or experience with improvement programs such as Lean Six Sigma / WCOM, SAP & Problem solving.
