Few Role Responsibilities:
Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, commercial planning and production teams.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.
Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in any business related course
0 -2 years’ experience in any sales related role
Business minded and analytically strong
Smart, young and vibrant male or female applicant
Must be very enthusiastic and passionate about sales
Knowledge of consumer and product growth strategies
Strong negotiations skill
