The Product Sales Specialist expands relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow one or more assigned product lines.

Job Description

Few Role Responsibilities:

  • Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, commercial planning and production teams.

  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines.

  • Lead demand-generating marketing activities in the assigned market for the assigned product specialty.

  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts. 

  • Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including support resources, team members, and management.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business related course 

  • 0 -2 years’ experience in any sales related role 

  • Business minded and analytically strong

  • Smart, young and vibrant male or female applicant

  • Must be very enthusiastic and passionate about sales 

  • Knowledge of consumer and product growth strategies

  • Strong negotiations skill
