Translating business strategies into product strategies assortments and product specifications that deliver against both our core customer needs and our company strategic and financial goals.
Lead the product understanding process using data to identify opportunities to remove friction and accelerate growth and market adoption of our products.
High level of commercial awareness with experience of using market insight to create value propositions.
An uncompromising focus on user- centric design, applying data, research and judgement to prioritise the biggest impact.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading feature development and product integration
An educational qualification in the marketing, business or engineering field
Ability to use instinct to influence technical and business decision backed by strong business and commercial understanding.
Ability to understand and balance commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities.
Ability to establish ways of primary research, execute and implement changes accordingly.
