Job Description/Requirements


  • Develop the company’s culture and overall company vision.
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
  • Work with the executive board to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Formulate & implement the go-to-market strategy for the company
  • Evaluate and develop a marketing strategy and marketing plan.
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the company.
  • Recruit, vet, and train new staff.
  • Monitor performance at all levels and schedule training as required.

  • Experience in a senior management position, at least 2 years.
  • Bachelor’s degree or master's degree in a relevant discipline or MBA.
  • Knowledge of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.
