Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Product & Quality Assurance:
- Draft requirements and lightweight user stories.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and log/track defects.
- Validate fixes and ensure smooth release cycles.
Investor & Funding Support:
- Develop and update investor decks, one-pagers, and collateral.
- Maintain structured data rooms for investor readiness.
- Research and prepare grant/funding applications.
Competitive Intelligence:
- Conduct competitor benchmarking (features, pricing, compliance).
- Maintain a competitive intelligence matrix.
- Provide insights for product and market positioning.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Coordinate vendor and partner meetings.
- Capture and track minutes of meeting (MoM), risks, and action items.
- Maintain an integration tracker with ownership and timelines.
Operations & SOP Development:
- Draft SOPs for onboarding, support, and compliance.
- Create escalation and incident runbooks.
- Define and monitor KPIs for efficiency (e.g., SLA, CSAT).
Channel & Network Expansion:
- Develop models for distribution and channel growth.
- Propose incentive structures and pilot rollout strategies.
- Support early-stage expansion activities.
Marketing & Growth:
- Propose creative campaign concepts aligned with target users.
- Draft briefs for marketing and content initiatives.
- Support planning and coordination of go-to-market activities.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Provide weekly and biweekly progress updates.
- Maintain structured documentation in shared tools.
- Ensure all work is version-controlled and audit-ready.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience
- Degree in a related field
