Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Monitor market trends and assess local and international supply availability.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies necessary for production.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material requirements and plan purchases.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
- Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and quality control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of import/export processes and local market dynamics.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
