Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required for the Job:
Minimum of ND/NCE/Certificates in Food science and Technology, science laboratory technology, Chemical/Mechanical engineering and any other related courses,
3 years relevant working experience in the manufacturing setting of FMCG industry.
knowledge of juice extraction, Vacuum dehydrator and refining.
Good knowledge of GHP/HACCP/GMP, and basic computer appreciation.
Experience In Tubular heat exchanger/Pasteurizer, its an added advantage.
Mission and Long-Term Goal: To manage all concentration processes that promote excellence in food safety, quality and quantity productivity, cost management in accordance with the company’s budget and time lines.
Short-Term Goal: To work with the line manager, the General Manager Processing, and other team members to install and calibrate all machinery and tools, set up concentration processes and procedures (SOP), and drive factory setup so that Tomato Jos can commission the facility in February 2021 and conduct a commercial production run in March.
Manage motorised machines, pneumatic valves of the described machine.
Generation and processing of data from field instruments/tools for processing operation.
Ability to interpret recipe management page.
To monitor temperature guage, pressure guage, and other utility required to be monitored.
To manage, and callibrate brix metre and PH metre etc.
Maintenance of adquate and uptodate record keeping.
Concentration of fruits and Tomatoes.
