Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create weekly menus that take into account dietary preferences and requirements while also showcasing creativity and innovation in meal planning.
- Plan and prepare healthy and balanced meals that are delicious with good presentation.
- Shop for groceries and kitchen supplies, ensuring that the kitchen is always well stocked with fresh and high-quality ingredients.
- Manage the kitchen’s day-to-day operations, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time and that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- A degree or diploma in culinary arts or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a private chef.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements.
- Excellent culinary skills and a passion for creating healthy, balanced, and innovative meals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well independently.
- Discretion and Professionalism with a commitment to confidentiality
Location: Oniru, Lekki
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - NGN120,000
