Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support where necessary.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students’ progress and development
- Encourage students' personal and academic growth.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other professional development activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of N.C.E in related field.
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Previous experience in teaching or working with children is preferred.
