- Achieve set targets in deposit mobilization and other assigned tasks towards meeting income projections.
- Passionately and energetically driving income generation for the bank.
- Marketing and sale of all bank’s deposit products
- Sourcing for new and maintaining existing deposit clients.
- Enhance and establishes a relationship with existing & prospective customers
- Analyze risk and offer financial advice
- Prepare reports, develop products and forecasts
- Collaborate with other professional teams to ensure high-quality customer service
- Participate in market storms
- BSc degree in any discipline
- Proven 3-5 years Banking experience
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the bank and general market patterns
- Excellent knowledge in the use of Microsoft office packages
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
