Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
- Plan and create engaging content (photos, videos, Reels, blog posts, newsletters) tailored to different platforms.
- Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing) and track performance (CTR, ROAS, conversions).
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and influencers for campaigns and partnerships.
- Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent, timely posting across platforms.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and analytics to optimize campaigns and keep strategies fresh.
- Handle community engagement, responding to messages and comments in a brand-appropriate tone.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.saw
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Experience with paid ads, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
