This position is a key role to scale the business track of ThriveMoni. The POS
Business Manager should be up and doing, have a knack for business development,
client management and satisfaction. Should be growth driven and result-oriented.
- Manage TMoni POS agents as well as business associates to achieve high performance metrics on TMoni’s POS and VAS services.
- Aid POS terminal acquisition, management and timely support to partners.
- Required to meet/exceed set POS/VAS revenue targets.
- Day to day overview on POS/VAS financial activity.
- Advise appropriate market measures pertaining to POS/VAS operations.
- Investigates operations activity and notes trends for business intelligence.
- Support TMoni team leads, operations and field officers to instil required control and provide outstanding service to our clients (Agents & POS aggregators) by catering to their key needs and simplifying their business requirements.
- Aid clients on best business practices, seek their concerns, address their worries and provide effective market response.
