POS Agent Support

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding of POS Merchants with the focus on business owners
• Deployment of POS terminals to the onboarded merchants
• Merchant support services 
• Liaising with the appropriate teams/staff  to resolve merchant complaints
• Ensure  turnaround time for POS deployment is met
• Take proper inventory of POS terminals 
• Reach out to onboarded merchants on daily basis to ensure optimal use of POS terminals or to resolve issues they might be experiencing
• Retrieve POS terminals from idle merchants
• Promote the brand's image to existing customers as well as prospective customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of NCE, OND or HND
• Focus on Customers’ Needs: Anticipate, understand and respond within authorized limits to the needs of the customer
• Ethics and Professionalism: Understand and consistently act in line with the company’s culture and ethical code of conduct
• Interpersonal Relations and Team Work: Establish and maintain positive working relationships with all staff. Cooperate effectively with others to achieve the company’s goals.
• Effective Communication: Listen, speak and write inappropriate manner 
• Use of Discretion and Decision Making: Assess situations to determine the importance, urgency, and risks, and when in doubt report to your superior for directives.
• Time Management: Set priorities, develop a work schedule and ensure completion of assigned duty
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to the company’s policies, procedures, and CBN regulations.

Remuneration: NGN 50,000 - 200,000
