Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deal variants of poker games efficiently and accurately.
- Manage a fast game pace and immediately report to the Poker Supervisor any activities that repeatedly disrupt the pace of the game.
- Always maintain an excellent customer service culture through courteousness and professionalism to customers.
- Report any signs of collusion, cheating, etc. to the Poker Supervisor.
- Call the attention of any staff as may be required for service to customers.
- Keep the table area clear and organized.
- Read and acknowledge in writing that you understand all house rules.
- Monitor and report players who remove or hide chips in play from the table to the Poker Supervisor promptly.
- Report shifts worked daily to the Poker Supervisor.
- Ensure game integrity by observing for signs of collusion, cheating, etc.
- Avoid improper fraternizing with customers. Not solicit cash, tips, or other gifts from the customers.
- Participate in training and professional development from time to time to improve performance.
- Carry out policies and procedures as directed by the Poker Supervisor and Management.
- Provide feedback to the Poker Supervisor for improvement of operations.

Note: Training will be conducted from 9 am - 5 pm for 4 - 6 weeks
