PickUp Station Manager

Responsibilities:

• Receive and sort packages: Sort packages onto the corresponding shelves based on the tracking number and recipient information for customer retrieval.
• Maintain station facilities: Keep the station environment clean and sanitary, and ensure the proper functioning of shelves, lighting, and other facilities.
• Serve customers: Provide business consultation and service, answer customer inquiries, and deliver a high-quality service experience.
• Handle exceptional situations: Manage exceptional situations such as undeliverable, lost, or damaged packages; promptly notify customers and assist in problem resolution.
• Record and compile work data: Record package business data and work situations, summarize operational data, and report to superiors promptly
• Promote marketing activities: Increase package volume and improve station operational efficiency through advertising and promotional efforts.
• Partner Station: Manage the partner station, and regularly visit the partner station to see if there are any omissions in the receiving and delivery links.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of HND
• Proficient in using smart devices such as smartphones, and handheld PDAs
• Familiarity with operating smart devices for tasks.
• Some knowledge of how e-commerce companies operate is required.
• Able to communicate effectively with others.
• Age between  22  and 30, no gender restrictions.
• Willingness to accept job location adjustments.

Locations: Agege, Igando, Yaba, Ikorodu, Alaba, Island

Remuneration: NGN 80, 000 Monthly

Work Type: Full time, On-site

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM, Thursday:10 AM -4 PM, Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM
