Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide Security assistance to TUCN staff, contracted staff, vendors, and visitors.
- Management of Government security forces and civil Guards (service contracted), and dog handlers
- Security Patrol vehicles (patrols)
- Train/organize training for guards
- Security management of the main office base location & other satellite locations.
Requirements:
- Engineering/sciences with at least 5 years security industry experience in a leadership position.
- Management of Security personnel & escalating security situations.
- Personal leadership, time management, relationship and team building, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
- Microsoft Applications; expert in MS Excel.
- Security Risk Management Training.
- Report writing and presentation skills.
