Job Summary

We are hiring a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant / Business Coordinator to support daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate communications, and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Google Workspace tools and can work efficiently on a desktop in a fast-paced, structured environment. This role requires strong skills in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Fast and efficient desktop use is mandatory. After you apply, you’ll receive two assessments via email. Completing both is required to be shortlisted for the final interview. Strong communication and task management skills are key.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organise the executive’s schedule using Google Calendar
  • Draft and send professional business emails and documents
  • Create, manage, and maintain trackers and reports using Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and communicate key takeaways
  • Coordinate logistics for events, photoshoots, and general business activities
  • Run business-related errands and liaise with suppliers or partners
  • Organise digital files, brand assets, and documentation
  • Assist with basic marketing and content support tasks
  • Work within a team-based, task-driven model and follow instructions carefully
  • Maintain confidentiality and represent the brand professionally


Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a personal assistant or coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Fast and efficient desktop use is essential
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently
  • Comfortable assisting in-person during events, photoshoots, and meetings
  • Reliable, discreet, and able to handle confidential information


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fashion, creative, or remote work environments
  • Familiarity with influencer coordination or content scheduling
  • Ability to stay focused and productive while working independently
