We’re seeking to hire a smart and intelligent Personal Assistant who will be working directly with our CEO. Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for tasks and deadlines.

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on behalf of the CEO.
  • Summarize findings and prepare actionable insights or recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and strategic documents.

Communication

  • Handle and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the CEO.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Coordination

  • Assist with project management and tracking deliverables.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics and materials.
  • Provide support during client and team meetings, taking notes and summarizing action points.

Organization

  • Maintain and organize the CEO’s workspace and documents.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Manage the CEO’s professional and personal obligations.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in Business Administration, Communication, Research, or related fields.
  • At least 1-2 years in a similar role preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.
