Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system


Requirements:

  • 0 - 3 Years of tailoring experience
  • Experience in small business management or personal assistance 
  • Attention to detail
  • Easy access to a phone and laptop
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Instagram and Email Savvy
  • Close proximity central Area district, Abuja
  • Punctuality
  • Professionalism
  • Customer-centric Attitude
  • Good English language (speaking and texting)
