Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and a detailed diary to ensure no missed commitments.
- Liaise with third parties (vendors, suppliers, partners, etc.) on behalf of the employer.
- Assist with social media management, content creation, and maintaining an online presence.
- Provide support for NGO initiatives, including event coordination and outreach.
- Oversee online store operations (Shopify) and other e-commerce tasks.
- Coordinate business operations and logistics effectively.
- Accompany the employer to appointments and events as needed.
- Perform any other duties reasonably required of you.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a busy professional.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Proven references are mandatory.
- Candidate must live near Ikoyi or within
- Preferably female, aged 35-45 years.
- Lives near Ikoyi for ease of commuting
