Research, ask questions, and deeply immerse yourself in the Company through her website, past programs & events, social media, etc to understand the brand’s story, business model, value proposition, target market & FAQs/ answers.
Research new Programs, Projects, or Topics that the Brand will benefit from
Handle the official telephone & WhatsApp line: respond to all inquiries with answers, a calm, strong & friendly voice to convert prospects to clients; skeptics to promoters and friends to partners/ sponsors.
Update records for all administrative, accounting, and human resource activities for the brand to stay organized.
Handle the CEO’s schedule; confirm or cancel appointments and ensure attendance to all confirmed engagements (physical or virtual).
Maintain customer service excellence by monitoring Community/ Sponsor Interactions and feedback (via mail, calls, SMS/ WhatsApp messaging) and quickly escalating problems to the CEO.
Work with the CEO to create copies & content for the following purposes: Brand/ Company Profile, Website content for the Brand, Monthly newsletter(s) and women-focused articles, Content for social media, etc.
Ensure workspaces, equipment and tools are in excellent working conditions and that service providers comply with established policies, procedures, and standards.
Accompany the CEO out to Presentations, meetings, trainings, workshops, etc to take Minutes, provide support, and coordinate logistics.
Come up with ideas on how to better reward Clients, members of our communities, deliver value to sponsors/ partners, and promote the brand.
- Report daily (on Community engagement), weekly (on Sales) & monthly (overall) to the Management.
As compensation for the work that you would do on behalf of the organization, you will receive compensation as follows:
i. A fixed monthly salary of forty thousand naira (N40,000).
ii. 1 free hair service & 1 Discounted Nail Service every month (receivable only at off-peak periods at THOD Beauty Bar)
iii. End-of-year bonus up to 50% of your monthly payments.
iv. Logistics refunds for out-of-office meetings, research, or Client support.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions (for now), your work would primarily be virtual, in addition to a once-weekly physical meeting. You would be duly advised in advance as things change.
N.B: Ownership of a reliable, working, personal computer would be an added advantage
