This role involves managing non-work projects and personal admin for the Principal. You will be responsible for the Principal’s schedule outside of their regular day job. The employer commits to coaching you and giving you opportunities to grow & develop personally.

Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify commercial partnership opportunities for the Principal and monetize their brand
- Develop a brand kit and continuously pitch to potential clients in line with a defined commercial partnerships development strategy
Admin:
- Provide administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, developing posters, and preparing communications on the Principal’s behalf
- Conduct research and prepare pitch decks on varying subjects
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
- Perform minor accounting duties
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answer phone calls and attend to emails on behalf of the Principal in a polite and professional manner
- Manage the Principal’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Attend events with the Principal, which might include weekend speaking engagements
- Social media - create and curate content on behalf of the principal including reels, newsletters, and others
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Project management skills. You’ve started and/or contributed to projects you’re passionate about
- Highly entrepreneurial, you take the initiative to solve problems before they arise.
- Great collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills
- You listen to others, speak your mind, and ask the right questions
- Flexible enough to work weekends when necessary
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in Canva and other design tools will be an advantage

Location: Lagos (Hybrid: 30% in-person, 70% remote)
Salary: ₦200,0000 + 10% commission on all commercial partnerships you generate
Probation period: 3 months
