Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and efficient Personal Assistant who is vast in office management and can handle administrative and personal duties on behalf of the Managing Director.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence

  • Act as the point of contact between the managing Director and internal/external clients

  • Devise and maintain an office filing system

  • Handle requests on behalf of the MD

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments

  • Make travel arrangements

  • Take dictation and minutes of meeting Source for office supplies

  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs

Job Requirements:

  • OND, NCE, HND and BSc. qualifications

  • 20 - 40 years of age

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

  • Must be very smart, articulate and well organized.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suit and English proficiency

  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills

  • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Discretion and confidentiality

  • Good office etiquette and responsible
