Job Summary
The ideal candidate will monitor, evaluate, and strengthen the business performance of a medium-sized integrated farm. This position is for candidates based in Benin City or willing to relocate there immediately. Accepted candidates will be placed on a work schedule of 11 days on and 3 days off, repeated twice a month.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor farm operations daily activities for compliance.
- Record production activities, highlights, and quality levers.
- Escalate any departures to Leaders for research, resolution, and response.
- Monitor staff performance levels
- Physically count weekly stock of birds in cages for each pen. Count birds on the floor during injections. Record daily mortalities and update stock for the Director report.
- Manage welfare services for farm staff including lunch, first aid, petty cash and salary advances, and Salary Runs/Payments.
- Supervise the pool of company and Hired Drivers
- Supervise the activities of the farm vet doctors and animal science advisors when needed.
- Implement measures to sustain and improve egg production levels.
- Supervise a team of security guards and gatemen.
Requirements:
- HND / BSc in any discipline.
- 2 years Post-NYSC experience.
- Experience in Auditing, Lean, and other Quality Assurance programs will be an advantage.
Candidates are expected to be physically fit, good with numbers, observant, and thoughtful.
Remuneration: NGN 60,000 - 80,000 Monthly
