- OND/NCE/Diploma or its equivalent
- Must have a guarantor
- Must be able to read /write
- Must be able to manage a team successfully
- Good communication and written skills
- Must be able drive or ride power bike within Lagos
- Must be apt and Smart
- Previous Experience in force or any security company is an added advantage
