- Work experience in a 5-star hotel for a minimum of 8 years with vast knowledge of Pastry & Confectionary.
- Should be creative and pay keen attention to detail
- Operating and managing the pastry section of the kitchen
- Preparing baking ingredients and other kitchen equipment.
- Creating pastries and confections.
- Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure a beautiful and tasteful presentation.
- Monitoring the stock of baking ingredients.
- Ordering new supplies when needed.
- Ensuring the kitchen adheres to safety and health regulations.
