Job Description/Requirements

The Position

We are looking for a Partnership Manager (m/f/d) for our Growth Team that will:

  • Implement our business sales strategies to identify and sell to prospective clients
  • Support new clients through onboarding and trial period
  • Take over Account Management duties for onboarded clients
  • Coordinate daily operations with clients using our solutions
  • Upsell existing clients on new service offerings

About You

You are qualified for this role if you meet the following requirements. Ideally, you:

  • Are excited about working in a tech startup making an impact in the African mobility and logistics space
  • Have demonstrated that you are great at executing tasks and seeing them through
  • Are optimistic, self-motivated, and can work independently 
  • Are a recent graduate of a higher institution (University, Polytechnic, etc) who completed studies no earlier than 2018

Success Criteria

For this role, we have highlighted performance indicators that would indicate success in this position. They are:

  • Identify and qualify on average 10 leads per month (or more) over 6 months
  • Close deals with 2 service providers on average
  • Reduce CAC by 25% over 6 months
