Duties and Responsibilities
Implementing standardized training programs that security guards must take to be qualified for their job
Identify training needs according to needs
Recruit security guards
Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new guards
Make other trainers' schedules
Prepare and deliver training courses and Communicate all training programs on a timely basis
Implement training KPIs and quality objectives.
Prepare and present reports on training programs
Requirements and Qualifications
Knowledge of Physical Security and its components will be considered.
BSc or HND in Security Operations Management, Criminology, Security Studies, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
Professional certification as a Certified Protection Officer will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience as a retired paramilitary or military personnel will be a plus.
Candidates’ age of 35 to 45 years and Male.
3 years of experience as a Training Specialist or similar role
5 years of experience with designing security training programs and workshops
Ability to lead a full training cycle
Ability to conduct physical drills on the guard force
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Excellent decision making and organizational skills
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Ability to interpret and implement cascaded corporate quality objectives
Great team leader
Guard force management
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
