1. Client Relationship;
- Open and maintain customer records by furnishing them with necessary agreements and filing after.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; communicating with the client on the solution to the problem and time frame for this resolution, communicating with respective contacts to ensure inspection of the issues and following up to ensure resolution
- Recommend potential products, services and solutions to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing the state of the building and customer complaints or recommendations.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, Marketing company apartment options, real estate services ( i.e yearly rentals or sales) then hand over the leads to the MD.
- Resolve customer complaints via email or social media
- Advice on company apartment information for walk-in clients and call in clients
- Inform customers of deals and promotions
- Work with customer service and digital marketers to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years of experience.
- The candidate must live around Lekki and its environment.
- Preferably female.
