Job Summary
A Leading Cosmetics, Beauty, and Wellness Brand in Nigerian is recruiting for the post of an Operations Officer-Wholesale for the Abuja branch. The candidate must be smart, ability to multi-task, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Officer-wholesale is responsible for building key customer relationships as well as identifying opportunities for business growth. The job incumbent will be key to improving the company’s market position in order to ensure financial growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and establish relationships with potential clients.
- Utilize every opportunity to upsell and/or link sell products in addition to or to complement customers’ initial purchase.
- Ensure continuous development in the area of product knowledge so as to be able to correctly sell products to customers.
- Research & identify potential clients and possibly set up meetings between clients, decision-makers & company principals/representatives.
- Ensure clients receive excellent service at all times.
- Consult knowledgeably with customers and seek opportunities for referrals while ensuring the customer returns for repeat business.
- Introduce client registry to every customer and ensure client database is up to date. Also, contact customers in your client registry to invite them for consultation or tell them about new products and/or upcoming product launches.
- Work with sales team to develop approaches that speak to clients’ needs & concerns.
- Implement Customer Service Standards and ensure they adhere today
- Arrange & participate in client debriefs.
- Consult with senior management on business trends with a view to possibly establishing new retail & wholesale channels
- Review sales and business performance with senior management and devise plans for improvements.
- Handle other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor Degree (BSc) in any discipline
- The candidate must not be more than 30 years of age
- Must be a smart and fast learner
- Good customer relations skill
- This position is open to preferably Female candidates
- Manage multiple, concurrent tasks and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal tactfully and courteously with clients
- Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions
- Excellent Negotiation Skills
- Ability to work with all levels of employee
- Proactive & highly motivated
- Ability to establish & build influential & beneficial working relationships
- Very computer literate & proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
