The Operations Manager at our client's hospitality establishment would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure exceptional guest experiences and operational efficiency.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise departmental managers and staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve staff performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel operations management, with a proven track record of managing multiple departments.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
