Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the real estate firm, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
- Manage and supervise the administrative and operations teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate and oversee property development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and address operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on operational performance and project progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an operations Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate operations, property management, and project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and real estate management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must reside around Ajah and its environs.
