Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out quality control on all products manufactured
- Acting as a first point of contact for the brand
- Procurement of raw materials and tools
- Collating and filing expenses
- Preparing reports and correspondence
- Creating and monitoring projects and teams.
- Reviewing workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met.
- Supporting the executive team’s vision and process ideals.
- Ensuring staff working on processes are happy and operating efficiently.
- Supporting all functions of the business to work together.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with different types of human personalities and situations
- Fast learner and problem solver with the ability to “think outside the box”
- Previous experience working with a fashion brand is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
