We have grown over the years, providing services in Interior design, Interior Architecture, Consultation, Project Management, Furniture Production, and Retail experience.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Track all leads and support the sales process till conversion  
  • Ensure compliance with company policy for all departments  
  • Listen to customer requirements and interact effectively to increase patronage/Client Satisfaction  
  • Feed future corporate policy trends back to management  
  • Work with the Marketing department on Lead conversion and client retention 
  • Develop and maintain a strong positive customer relationship, help drive brand advocacy and provide customer support for company products and services 
  • Perform regular project audits to identify and correct design discrepancies and ensure excellence in service delivery.  
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and address and resolve customers' complaints in a professional manner.  
  • Allocate incoming tasks to the necessary departments and track progress till completion.  
  • Ensure an ongoing learning culture leading to an in-depth knowledge of company processes and services so as to professionally and confidently provide advice or recommendations and respond to all clients' inquiries when needed   
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.  
  • Communicate with customers through various channels. (Emails, WhatsApp, Calls, Texts, etc.)  
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 


Requirements:

  • Sales skills and the ability to influence people ·  
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Attention to details  
  • Emotional Intelligence  
  • Management skills with the ability to build relationships with people in the industry ·  
  • Passionate and willing about company products and services ·  
  • Commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.    
  • The ambition is to develop a great career in Operations and to have the opportunity to take ownership of their own territory and make it a success


Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience 
  • Previous experience in Project Management and Business management will be an added advantage
