  • Oversee workflow, assign tasks and ensure that teams work toward achieving business goals
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to create budgets, discuss ideas and objectives of projects
  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations
  • Conduct performance reviews, report on operational performance and suggest improvements
  • Allocate and manage assets, costs, and human resources
  • Manage contracts and relations with relevant stakeholders
  • Carry out ad-hoc directives from Management
