- Create and manage budgets for operational areas, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are used effectively.
- Lead projects aims at enhancing operational efficiency, growth, and effectiveness
- Prepare and deliver reports on operational performance, including key metrics and areas for improvement to senior management
- Handle customer issues and concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and address operational challenges.
