Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of indoor and outdoor catering events to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance during catering assignments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food, equipment, and supplies.
- Maintain direct communication with clients to ensure service meets expectations and event requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all catering sites.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, operations management, or a related field is typically required.
- Significant experience in operations, management, or a related field.
- The specific number of years will depend on the complexity of the role, but typically 2+ years is expected.
- A strong understanding of operations management principles, methodologies.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
