Job Summary
We are looking for an Operations Manager who will oversee the organization's daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies, managing budgets and resources, monitoring performance via KPIs, ensuring legal and safety compliance, leading and mentoring staff, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase the quality of customer service
Requirements:
- BSc in Management
- 3 years of proven work experience as Operations Manager in a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Must be computer-literate with proficiency in using ERP software, Excel, Microsoft Office, etc
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
