A design and research firm is seeking an Operations Lead who will responsible for overseeing operations within the firm. Oversee internal processes, resource allocation, overall organizational efficiency, and HR. You are required to assist in managing the day to day activities of the firm internally for smooth running.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Planning of our activities across the region(s) we work in,
- Play a major role in both the internal and external work sessions
- Meet with external partners, vendors, and other entities we work with, ensuring that all engagements are run on time and smoothly.
- Overseeing the internal (and external-facing) processes, resource allocation, and overall organizational efficiency.
- Assist the Project manager to take part in managing team tasks and client relations, from the initial ideation through to the completion on every project.
Requirements:
- 4 years experience
- Degree in a related field
