Job Summary

We are looking for an experience Operations executive to manage and supervise the daily operations of the office and our retail store, the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team and carry out all duties and activities needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Job Description/Requirements

·         Ensure all operations in the office and retail stores are carried out in an appropriate and cost effective way.

·         Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures as well as address potential issues as they arise.

·         Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.

·         Purchase stationary, consumables and other materials needed for the office.

·         Monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at the office and retail outlet in an efficient manner.

·         Formulate strategic and operational objectives and efficient ways of running operations in the office to achieve organizational goals.

·         Responsible for managing the logistics of staff within and outside the office.

·         Ensure proper and adequate management of all company vehicles.

·         Prioritize and manage company resources in order to meet goals and objectives.

·         Ensuring internal controls put in place by the executive management are operating effectively.

·         Maintain and carry out all operational and administrative duties efficiently.

·         Carry out adhoc directives from the Management team. 

·         Ensure all drivers are well behave, monitored and able to do their job in an efficient manner.

·         Responsible for the maintenance of the retail stores, ensuring that the stock, furniture and fittings are in good condition.

·         Manage contracts and relations with relevant stakeholders


SKILLS & QUALIFICATION


·         BSC Degree in any Management sciences such as business management, business administration, business studies, or in a similar field.

·         Minimum of 3 years Experience in similar position.

·         Must be willingly to use own initial to achieve results.

·         Must be able to write detailed report and manage people successfully.

·         Good oral and written communication skills.

·         Outstanding negotiation skill.

·         Effective crisis management skill.

·         Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

·         Must be apt and smart.

·         Must possess a strong sense of honesty and integrity.

·         Previous Experience in retail store operations and or any real estate company is an added advantage.
