TeamAce Limited- Our client, a quality manufacturers of electrical cables is looking to fill the role of Operations and Logistics Manager. The Operations and Logistics role requires overseeing logistics operations across the entire country, ensuring efficient inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and risk management.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive logistics and operations strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to align logistics activities with business goals and objectives
- Oversee the entire logistics and supply chain operations including inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to various locations across the country.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers
- Supervise inventory control processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Implement effective warehousing strategies to maximize space utilization and ensure the safety and security of stored products.
- Coordinate and oversee transportation and haulage operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve delivery times
Requirements:
- BSC/HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics and operations management within the FMCG sector, specifically in the cable and wire industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, transportation, warehousing, and risk management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce and logistics software.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 – 400,000
