Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement and manage overall daily hotel operations
  • Conduct hotel budgeting and financial planning
  • Manage and track hotel inventory
  • Manage and monitor hotel expenses
  • Plan and organize hotel activities to drive sales
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and visitors
  • Overseeing all hotel operations, building relationships with vendors, and handling customer complaints and queries
  • Coordinating and administering hotel services such as catering and accommodation facilities.
  • Ensure safety and adherence to rules and regulations, and prepare and manage schedules and shifts.
  • Create pricing strategies, competition analysis and be aware of the latest hospitality technology trends, and use them to build customer relations.
  • Create a buzz online with offers, promos, and more, analyze sales figures and talk with the team, ask about career goals, and set targets.
  • Work with HR on areas of employee retention, employee engagement, and new recruitment, and be a kind of role model they would want to emulate.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc in hotel and hospitality/business administration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office
  • Minimum of 2 years and above in hotel/catering and hospitality mgt
  • Management in leisure, travel & tourism degree
  • Excellent in numerical, verbal & written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills & excellent customer service relation skills
  • Reputation mgt. & branding
  • Revenue & budget mgt.
  • Good leadership skills
  • Be an excellent role model
  • Problem-solving skills model
  • Great decision-making skills& leadership skills


Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm morning shift and 5 am - 8 pm evening shift


Remuneration: NGN 70,000
