Waziri seeks a skilled and experienced Online Sales and Marketing Manager to sell and market the company's products and services. He/she will carry out a well-coordinated marketing campaign within Lagos and be responsible for researching, developing, analyzing, communicating, and executing strategic marketing plans to meet the company's goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Interact with product, marketing and relationship management staff to update product information and create customized proposals based on sales strategy
- Gather and maintain competitive and product intelligence, including market trends, competitive actions
- Creates and maintains an extensive database of knowledge of our online and offline customers
- Performs other job-related duties and assignments as directed by the top management
- Identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track progress around Sales compensation, productivity, planning, processes, and tools
- Ensure key product updates get carried across all channels from sales training to customer education
- Synthesize findings, develop recommendations and communicate results to the top management
- Orchestrate and manage all internal sales reporting
- Develop sales territory plan and oversee ongoing territory administration
- Contribute to the creation, development and implementation of the Sales
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
- Marketing promotional activities to clients on a regular basis
- Conducting market surveys and advice management periodically on findings
- Keep yourself and the team up to date on products, services, policies, and procedures through regular team meetings ensuring communication and understanding
- Supervise efficient operations and monitor the performance of the assigned team in order to achieve revenue, yield and volume targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any related course
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Marketing
- Proficient in IT skills with good knowledge and usage of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute projects seamlessly in a complex business environment
- Proven experience driving the end-to-end digital customer experience - leads, sales, revenue, cost savings, and other key web metrics through the Digital channel
- Strong team player, able to develop strong working relationships and very strong organizational awareness
- Strong partnering and communications skills – both oral and written – and proven ability to drive performance in a front-line environment
- Ability to recognize problems and find solutions to customer issues
- Ability to present to different audiences, from high-level discussions with the senior management to very in-depth discussions with support
- Financial analysis or other B2B operational roles is a plus
- Strong understanding of creative and brand marketing
