o Overseeing general office operation.
o Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
o Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
o Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
o Income/Bank/Petty cash Reconciliations
o General Bookkeeping of company accounts (electronic accounting system)
o Producing reports and composing correspondence.
o Creating presentations and other management-level reports.

o Minimum degree required is OND in Science Courses.
o 2 years of experience in office administration and office management experience.
o Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
o Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
o Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly
o Resident within 10km radius of Marina.
