The role will have a primary focus on the following:
- Ensure the office location assets are maintained as well as any corporate assets within the geographical location assigned.
- Manage the location’s service agreements for amongst other things, mailing and shipping services, utilities and vendor services
- Ensure all personnel using the office or other remote locations within the geographical area are provided with all support facilities required to carry out their tasks and responsibilities
- Directly supervise the planning and execution of company or group events at your location
- Coordinate orientation, introduction, and training of staff members, in conjunction with the locations most senior Business Head.
- The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience
- A degree in a related field.
