Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas daily.
- Empty trash bins, sweep, mop, vacuum floors, and dust surfaces.
- Ensure restrooms are stocked with necessary supplies and kept hygienic.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms or rearranging office furniture as needed.
- Run errands and perform simple clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, or delivering documents.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE/High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Previous experience in office cleaning or administrative support is an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy, responsible, and physically fit to carry out cleaning duties.
