Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and receive visiting guests, arrange meeting rooms, and provide necessary support for visitors.
- Handle and organize various documents, including filing, copying, scanning, and sending emails.
- Answer and transfer calls, record and convey information to relevant personnel.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of office supplies and order required items promptly.
- Assist in handling daily administrative affairs of the office, such as booking meeting rooms, arranging express delivery, and assisting in organizing company activities.
- Assist the finance department in handling simple financial records and reimbursement matters.
- Ensure the office environment is clean and arrange daily cleaning work.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in administrative management, secretarial studies, or related majors is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Excellent communication skills.
Careful and conscientious, able to complete tasks independently, and have strong time management skills.
- Candidates with office assistant or related administrative work experience are preferred.
Remuneration: NGN 150,000- NGN 250,000 Monthly
