Office and Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the Company activities, Timely Processing of client files as instructed, Detailed Research on client files as instructed, Construct letters to support company policies, Receive, direct and relay telephone calls and messages. Reply to emails promptly.

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

  • We are in search of a person with trustworthiness, honesty and transparency.
  • Excellent spoken English and writing skills.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English language fluently
  • Good computer literacy on ms office applications (Micro Soft Word, Micro Soft Excel) and Adobe
  • Excellent internet skills to search and retrieve information quickly.
  • Sound interpersonal skills are required to meet the need of a client
  • Ability to convince clients of company policies
  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver goals
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be creative and have the ability to think outside the box
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Goal setter and achiever in shortest possible time
  • Ability to take on some marketing where necessary
  • Ability to learn fast on the job
  • Ability to uphold extreme confidentiality
