Job Summary

We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator. In this role, you will play a crucial role as the primary communication liaison between the Port Harcourt office staff and top management.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Entry level
  • Experience Length : 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Main communication point of contact within the Port Harcourt office staff and top management on a day-to-day basis.
  • Direct management of office operations in consonance with the Accountant and Managing Consultant.
  • Support the Accountant and the marketing staff with training arrangements and scheduling.
  • Proactively suggest ideas for process improvement, sealing losses, and increasing income.
  • Update existing policy documents and work with top management to formulate new ones.
  • Ensure staff performance is monitored over set parameters 



Requirements:

  • HND in business administration or other related fields with significant post-qualification experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication.
  • Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft suite applications, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Zoom App, and Google Meet.
  • Candidates must be emotionally intelligent.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment is desirable.
